Terms of Service
Public consolidated edition, updated November 4, 2026. Baby Plan (宝贝计划) is operated by 张浩冉 (Zhang Haoran), an individual developer. Contact: harnzh@outlook.com.
1. Intended use
Baby Plan provides local-first baby care records, growth references, reminders, exports, authorized family collaboration and optional AI assistance. Users must be parents, guardians or caregivers authorized by a guardian. Family roles are product access settings, not evidence of legal guardianship. The interface is currently primarily in Simplified Chinese.
The initial release is free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Optional AI has usage and availability limits; free access does not mean unlimited requests or a guarantee of permanent availability.
2. Accounts and family collaboration
Use accurate account information and keep your credentials private. Invite only people with a legitimate, authorized care purpose and grant appropriate permissions. Do not copy, disclose or use shared child data beyond that authority. Personal AI conversations and memories are not family-shared. Network and service conditions affect authentication and synchronization.
3. Optional AI and photos
AI is provided through the app's authenticated server and external providers, currently DeepSeek. Personal-data processing, optional web search and care-chart photo recognition have their own notices and consent controls. Accepting basic account terms is not permission for every photo submission. You may decline optional processing and continue unrelated manual recording.
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is a draft or reference, not professional judgment. Review all fields before saving. The model does not have direct authority to edit or delete your records. A saved draft follows ordinary record storage and sharing rules. The operator may adjust models, limits or providers for service, safety, quality or cost reasons; material processing changes will be explained and require consent where applicable.
4. Health limitations
Growth curves, WHO references, vaccination information, health observations and AI output are for recording and reference. They do not provide medical diagnosis, screening, treatment, medication dosing or emergency triage. Consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns and local emergency services for emergencies. Timers and reminders do not replace adult supervision or care.
5. Data, export and deletion
Read the Privacy Policy and Children's Information Protection for data handling. Records are local first; online-family data may be shared within permissions. Exports can contain sensitive data. Deleting local history does not recall information already received by family members, file recipients or providers.
Account deletion is available in the app with a seven-day waiting period and explicit restoration before the deadline. Permanent deletion begins afterwards. Shared-family records needed by remaining members may be retained. Server confirmation and local cleanup are different stages. Requests and limitations are described in the support guide.
6. Acceptable use and availability
Do not infringe children's or others' rights, upload unlawful material, attack the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, or present AI output as professional medical advice. The service may enforce reasonable request limits and security controls. Network issues, maintenance and external providers can interrupt features. The operator will reasonably maintain the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
Notices may change when functionality, law or providers change. Material changes to personal-information processing will be explained and consent requested where required. Reading this public edition does not itself create a new in-app consent receipt. Contact harnzh@outlook.com for questions or feedback.
